At Pro Standard, we stand by the quality of our premium sports apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original hangtags and holographic stickers are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
